We moved here to my husband's new assignment from Japan to Houston with Coca Cola Bottling Company where my husband is CEO. We have been using Pest King, Termite & Pest Control for over 3 years now and just love the personalized service we get. Miles is always eager to come to our home should we need him and is there when he says he will be there. We have not had any reoccurring problem that would make us displeased with his service.

I told him in September to use our name as a testimonial and to use us as a reference should he be so inclined.

We have been using Pest King more than four years now. It all started when we became pregnant and felt we needed to ensure we were using the most environmentally friendly pest control measures available. A neighbor of ours recommended you and that was the beginning of what has been a very positive experience for us.

I feel so strongly about how devoted you are to your clients and how dedicated you are to your profession that I wanted to share our experience with anyone looking for a reliable pest control service. Thankfully, someone referred us to you and we were spared having to experiment until we found the right fit for us. Hopefully this letter will achieve the same goal and convince some folks to give you a try. The one thing I know for sure is that they will not be sorry they did.

I think what sticks out most about you is the integrity and reliability you bring to the table; two qualities which seem to be disappearing traits. You have always done what you said you could and would do (and more!) and you’ve always done it in a manner which is very respectful of our time and concerns. If it requires a weekend to meet our schedule, a weekend house-call it is.

Another major point I like about you is that your approach is very laid-back and there is never any pressure to buy additional products and/or services. You always take the time to educate, explain the options, and answer all the questions (and believe me there were a lot of questions the first time we met). Since then the level of trust has become so great, we just give you free reign of the house to do your thing.

Miles, please share these comments with anyone asking about your service and feel free to have them call me directly to answer any questions. If people take an interest in what kind of chemicals they’re exposing themselves to in their own homes, you should definitely be the one they call.

When my sons and I discovered the insect which was boring its way out of our window sill, we immediately went to the Internet to determine what it could be. That is how we found your web site. And what a terrific web site it is! We didn’t know exactly what the insect was, but from your site we were able to see a very good picture of the termite and determine that was what had penetrated our home!

We wrote to you via email. You answered in less than 24 hours! Not only did you respond via email, but you also contacted us by phone. This was an indication of the service I was looking and hoping for! Although I did contact two other large, nationally acclaimed pest control firms, neither of them could respond to my call for help within 24 hours, the way you did. They did come out to our home within a week and their estimates were double to triple your estimate! Additionally, they suggested boring into our slab and through the tile in our bathrooms, as opposed to your method which is less intrusive.

The results were what we desired! Your service and maintenance have kept our home termite-free for the past several years!

I just wanted to let you know that I am glad that I choose your company to take care of the termite problem at my home. I had spoken to two other companies concerning the problem before contacting you to come and take a look. Your explanation of the problem and your suggestion for the solution made a lot of sense. When I thought I had a reoccurrence of termites, your rapid follow up service was appreciated.
