This is our "best" type of service that provides for the most complete pest control you have ever seen! Pest King controls over 41 different insects you are likely to see here in Houston. We do it once, and do it right so you don't have to waste your valuable time calling a pest control service. You will probably remark, "I've never seen pest control so thorough and detailed". Our pest control personnel will be inside your home inspecting and treating the inside and the outside of your home. Some of the areas we treat are:

It is our very effective annual program, the effectiveness is enhanced by a six month visit to inspect to see what may be going on unnoticed by you by our pest control technician who corrects and renews barriers placed earlier. He will insure and deal with it in such a way so as to eliminate the slightest possibility of sighting an insect.

1) Our technician will inspect the entire perimeter of your home and/or garage to insure no vermin activity is in process and eliminate it promptly.

3) Application of bait and some pyrethroid and capsaicinoid products designed to reinforce the barrier treatment necessary to repel insects. These products are the newest in the line of botanicals designed to be extremely friendly to the environment.

4) Annual service includes treatment inside your attic and other annual pest control features to maintain the maximum effectiveness of our system. Any service re-treatment is done so cheerfully and without charge. We pride ourselves in rapid response of 24 hours or less!
