Quarterly Service

This type of service involves quarterly (every 3 months) visits by our pest control personnel to inspect and treat the inside and the outside of your home. It is effective and is less-costly than our annual program, the effectiveness is reinforced with each visit by our pest control technician who will reapply and reinforce the barrier placement. You may see an occasional visitor in your home or office and the normal range of insects excluded are Roaches, ants and silverfish. Rodents can be included for an nominal charge.

1) Our technician will inspect the entire perimeter of your home and/or garage to insure no covered vermin activity is in process and eliminate it promptly.

2) Application of bait and some pyrethroid and capsaicinoid products designed to reinforce the barrier treatment necessary to repel insects. These products are the newest in the line of botanicals designed to be both effective and extremely friendly to the environment.

3) Quarterly service includes treatment inside your attic as part of the annual pest control features coupled with quarterly reinforcement services necessary to maintain the maximum effectiveness of our system.

4) We will not provide immediate follow-up service with this program, but will remedy a sighting situation immediately on the next scheduled visit. If immediate service is required, then there will be a small trip charge to cover travel costs.
